ARGEA (SADE subsidiary) is entrusted by La Défense with regular missions to reposition NATO pipelines. The opportunity to renew the original coating which has not always resisted the assaults of time.
Several kilometers of pipelines were coated using the KEBU system certified EN 12068 class C-50 °C:

5/7/2024 - Centering collars for a 100 m crossing of a DN 1300 steel pipe in a concrete sheath
In order to diversify and therefore secure the raw water supply to the Berre sector (Verdon Durance), the Société du Canal de Provence has undertaken the vast project of building a ø 1,300 pipeline over 6.3 km linking Bouc-Bel-Air and Les Pennes-Mirabeau, passing through the Plan-de-Campagne shopping center, the busiest in France. For its first phase of construction, the Société du Canal de Provence has entrusted SADE with the 2 lots relating to the laying in open trench (1,800 m of welded steel pipeline ø1300) and the microtunneling lot (2 shots of 250 m each under intersections) to a NGE FONDATIONS - BESSAC - AGILIS consortium. Their mission: to install the pipeline under the RD6 through Plan-de-Campagne without interrupting traffic. A project carried out by the SADE Sud teams (Marseille Agency) in a complex urban environment, to which we are proud to have participated by supplying the STAMP MAGNUM centering collars with EXTRASHIELDS reinforcements. SADE's mastery of the technique and preparation of the concrete sheath made it possible to space the collars 2 m apart, a feat for a DN 1300 steel pipeline over a length of 100 m.

TEDOTEC has recently expanded its range and offers pressure seals. A first project has just been completed by VISSER & SMIT HANAB for PIDPA, the company that produces and distributes water in the province of Antwerp. The seal manufactured for this project is a custom-made off-centre seal, as the pipe cannot be positioned in the centre of the duct. A true work of art...

05/05/2022 - RESA market awarded to TEDOTEC with the KEBUTYL B30 system
We are proud to announce that our company has been awarded the contract to supply coatings for RESA.
Active in the energy sector, RESA is the main operator of electricity and gas distribution networks in the Province of Liège (Belgium)
RESA chose the KEBUTYL B30 system, consisting of a thick butyl strip (1.5 mm) particularly well suited to shaped parts and PE 0.40 mechanical protection, which is both flexible and resistant.

For this project for Eaux de Dunkerque, SPAC chose our heat shrink for the weld joints, KEBU mastics and strips for protecting the bolts and our centering collars for 40 m of crossing.

The KEBU PBM 01 system (paste, KEBU strip and KEBULEN B120C strip) obtains GRTgaz qualification in accordance with specification SG-0130 type 11A class HR
